The room was clean and ready for us when we checked in. Well stocked with kitchen and dining utensils. Bathrooms had plenty of towels, body wash and shampoo. Excellent and beautiful view of the beach. We enjoyed our stay and would choose this room again if available.

I liked the location
Liked being on the 11th floor
I liked ease of getting towels for the beach but wish the hours were longer
I didn’t like that the umbrellas for the beach were at a price.
I didn’t like not having hot water for my shower three nights.
I didn’t like not having enough bath towels for our stay ( having to wash what we had to get fresh ones)

Yes, beach and ocean view was great once they fixed the reservation, Hotels .com had us in a mountain view not happy.
But Kaanapali Alii fixed it for us!
