Don’t book this one. Three bedrooms, no AC, one fan. They rent to families in the summer and hand you one single fan for a 3 bedroom unit. Two of three bedrooms get nothing but hot stagnant air. The company amenity list says “Laundry facilities” and “Washer/dryer.” It’s 10 CHF just to run the washer — the dryer is extra, presumably the same — and none of it is disclosed anywhere. Challenged on it, they said the listing only promises a laundry room is available, not free, and repeated that line every time I raised it. Never offered a credit, a token, or a manager. Every other amenity on their list is included, this one quietly isn’t. One tip: take your trash out before you electronically check out via their app. Your PIN dies the instant you do, the trash bin room uses that PIN for access, and the bags they give you can’t go in public trash bins. Do the polite thing like take your trash with you on your way out the door and you’ll be carrying garbage around Aigle looking for a receptacle you’re allowed to use. At least they could provide you that information prior to checkout at best they could fix their software. Ultimately, this property management company has a communication problem.
