A little piece of tropical paradise in Bahia! Lovely hotel, wonderful friendly service and great rooms in a non-touristy, peaceful location. We didn't eat in the restaurant, but the bar snacks were really delicious and there were plenty of great options for breakfast.
I only scored it 4/5 because I felt there was more artificial lighting than necessary, especially for such a natural, eco-friendly setting. I would have preferred less lighting to reduce the impact on the local nocturnal wildlife, especially along the riverside and on the beach front.
Overall I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for peace and quiet in simple and (almost) perfect luxury.

Very helpful staff, privacy and quiet spaces and a delicious breakfast made this stay exceptional. I loved walking barefoot to the beach. We shared a bottle of wine and treats every night at sunset, with no one else around. Wonderful property!!
