Sandos is a beautiful all-inclusive property with a warm, welcoming staff that goes above and beyond to make your visit as comfortable as possible.
Pros: incomparable views of botht the Pacific and Marina, ideal proximity to downtown and the Marina, great rooms, welcoming staff.
Cons: food is not gourmet, with the exception of breakfasts, lacking in variety and flavor, room service takes upward of 45 minutes, lines at breakfast get pretty long, my tv did not work properly.
Overall, a good value for a great location and facility!

As an Expedia VIP member, we were pleasantly surprised to receive a room upgrade upon arrival, which was a nice gesture.
The resort also does a great job with activities and entertainment. There were daily activities for all ages and the nightly shows were fun and well done. We happened to be there when the 2026 World Cup kicked off, and the resort put together a fun celebration that really added to the atmosphere. The staff throughout the resort were wonderful—friendly, hardworking, and genuinely welcoming. The hospitality really stood out and made our stay enjoyable.
A few things could be improved. We found the lunch and poolside food options somewhat limited, especially after several days. The alcoholic drinks were hit or miss for us, and most of the ones we ordered weren't really to our taste.
One thing that's obviously out of the resort's control was the weather. We happened to visit during a very windy week, which made some activities more challenging and created much cooler evenings than we expected. If you're traveling during a windy season, I would suggest packing a light jacket, sweatshirt, sweater, and even a pair of pants just in case. Thankfully, the resort provided blankets for guests who wanted them while watching the evening shows or dining on the beach.
Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay and would recommend Sandos Finisterra, especially for couples, families, or anyone looking for a resort with a great location, lots of activities, and exceptional staff.

10/10 experience at this resort. Will absolutely come back without a second thought! My first time visiting Cabo and left extremely happy for choosing to stay here.
