I only have positive things to say about the room itself: spacious, clean, fresh sheets, comfortable beds, and a kitchenette with the basics you might need. The bathroom is large as well. The train station is just 100 meters away — you can feel some vibrations and hear it a bit, but it’s not very disturbing.
What happened to me was that I booked through Hotels.com and paid with Klarna. When I checked in at the hotel, the exact same amount was charged again, plus the tourist tax. At check-out, I couldn’t check out myself using the screen, so I called the hotel. The man on the phone was super friendly, spoke English, and explained that I would get a refund a bit later. I haven’t received it yet, but I trust that it will come.
