Air conditioning worked great. Staff was very kind and helpful. You can get rides right from the hotel and they kinda have their own driver. The staff does seem to go out of their way to help and get you whatever you want even if they don’t have it on their property. The all inclusive food options are predominantly American style foods. Room cleaning is just ok. Felt like it was never properly finished something was always missed. I found the location great all the people and shops around the hotel were very nice. Pool on jungle side is beautiful. They have a stocked gift shop.

Staff service was excellent, property well kept on the outside. Bathroom around door/and handle old cracked paint and could use proper paint and cleaning. Found a live roach in bathroom. Thankfully, my nephew took care of it!

If you're looking for simple, no thrills and relaxation, this is for you. Right on the beach. It has a restaurant. Food was great. Got harassed few times by locals. But other then that I enjoyed my stay.
