We very much enjoyed our stay at Coconut Coast. The villas are quite good sized, very close to the car ferry docks, and fairly easy walking distance to shopping and restaurants. There was plenty of parking there, and generally we ended up parking there and walking to town, since parking in town was expensive and hard to find.
The place has a well maintained pool, and free snorkel gear to borrow. We appreciated the fact that they allow us access to their laundry after 3:30pm too. That was really a great bonus. The place also has an honor-system snack and drink area, where you can pick up some beer, soda, chips, etc.
Overall, the location was good, we really appreciated the full kitchen, the air conditioning, and the balcony overlooking the ocean was terrific. We would likely stay again if we ever come back.

Very friendly hosts, Angelica and Ben, and exactly as described online. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. There was a self service laundry room and an honor bar if u need a water or a beer or sunscreen. Wi-Fi was great averaging about 60 mbps. The kitchenette worked great, even had an oven and microwave. There are free flippers and snorkeling gear and you can switch out your beach towels yourself. Walking to the market took about 20 minutes, and about 15 minutes to town the opposite direction. We would definitely stay here again.

Amazing place. The whole island lost power and we had solar! Owners were awesome. Catered to our every need and wants.

We stayed in a top floor condo with an outdoor balcony where you could sit and sip coffee in the morning watching the car barges plying between St. Thomas and St. John. The a/c worked fine. Management provided fins, snorkeling gear and beach towels. We fixed dinner in the unit, and it had basic pots, pans and utensils. All in all, a fine place. I would return there.
