Visited on B/B basis early Oct 2008. We were located at the front overlooking the sea, so had one of the better rooms with a fine view. The service from one member of staff was excellent so we had a good stay even though the weather was variable.

It was winter and foggy during the day. The hotel was only one of few that had remained open. Hospitality was good, the (typical) italian sea food was better than expected, service was very friendly. I chose the hotel because of the price and because of the distance to the Rimini fair, therefore there were hardly any expectations. The real distance to the fair was further than advertised (4.8 - 3.5 km), the first bus in the morning started at 9.30 hours, which means you need to take a taxi to be at the opening, and the only negative finding was black mold in the shower (behind the door) and on the rinsing reservoir of the toilet. Upon reporting it, I was offered to change rooms.
