The hotel manager was very cooperative and helpful throughout my stay. The airport pickup service was particularly impressive—very professional, well organized, and efficient. Breakfast was also good, and overall the service made my stay comfortable and pleasant.
The breakfast was good, but I was a little surprised that there was no coffee machine available. Having a proper coffee machine would have made the breakfast experience even better.

Great hotel. Accommodated my family of 5 in a family room. Customer service was exceptional. I would prefer it if the pool was heated which it wasn’t. Only criticism. I’ve recommended family and friends who have joined us at the hotel in different rooms who had a pleasant stay.

This hotel is centrally and conveniently located. It is well staffed by friendly and professional people. The facilities are great and the room I had (7th floor) was very comfortable and clean. The restaurant is excellent.
Even though the street my room looked out on was narrow, and used mostly by rickshaw bicycles, it was nevertheless quite noisy during the night. There is a mosque just down the street so the call to prayer is loud. All this means that if you are light sleeper you might need earplugs! I slept very well however and didn't find it bothered me, in fact I quite liked it.

"Modern and clean. Armchairs in the room. The restaurant was great, excellent food and service. Despite being in the city centre it was quiet. Plenty of rickshaws right outside."
