Very unique property. Rooms are well appointed.

Our room was spotless, and the artwork was sensational and unique. So many thoughtful features here: high-end toiletries, a white noise machine, fresh milk in the fridge for coffee, a code to access the supply room in case we needed more of something. From Artelo it’s a quick walk to downtown. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay. The bed was AMAZINGLY comfortable. The art work was beautiful!! Our room was super clean, super quiet & super convenient to Longwood Gardens. I wish check in at every hotel was as easy & convenient as the Artelo was. Once you make your reservation theyll send a msg with your door code & check in time as well as contact info if needed since they don't have a staffed front desk or on-site. The mini bar was really nice option that you honestly don't see much anymore. We did have an issue with trying to purchase additional items from the mini bar tho. A sign with info on mini bar items & where to purchase needs some work. It says to purchase items from mini bar scan QR code which we did thinking we were paying for items we had used from mini bar but instead it had us placing an order for the items (which was a ok too bc we wanted more) then it told us where to go pick them up. Nobody there had any idea what we were talking about. They told me to just call the number on my order which went to the hotel & she brought us the items we ordered which were actually included with the room but I was still charged $30 for it. Our other issue was with the common area Our check in info sd extra linens, towels, toiletries, etc are in there if needed. We could've used a few extra towels & a dry bath mat after the 2nd day but we managed. Those are the only things we had any issue with. We will definitely stay here again when we make it back.

It was immaculate and great location. I hadn’t realized it was contactless (so can’t rate staff). Good coffee in the room. The whole company is community-oriented and located right near the Creamery. Fun overnight in Kennett Square.
