Very clean and property was always clean. Great location, great staff and room was just as advertised.

It was nice being able to see the view of the ocean and the Bayside depending on the unit. I don’t think I realize that there’s stairs between the bedrooms and the main living area above it. Several of the mini blinds were missing and that affected my sleep at night in the queen sized bedroom. There was adequate amount of kitchen stuff as we prepared breakfast and lunch in the unit during our stay. We didn’t use the hot tub or pool area. Be mindful that it is quite a hall to the beach when you walk when you leave your unit. Pool Towels seem to be at a premium at the front desk it was like pulling teeth to get them. The check-in process was super easy. The unit is very dated, but I didn’t mind that. The one elevator was down so that was a slight inconvenience at times. It was centrally located so it was easy to get back-and-forth to restaurants in the evening or sightseeing.

We just got back from our stay at this hotel in South Padre Island, and we had an amazing experience! The hotel was comfortable, and in a great location. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay, making us feel welcome from check-in to check-out. The rooms were well maintained, and we appreciated the amenities and easy access to the beach! Traveling with kids can sometimes be stressful, but this hotel made our vacation relaxing and enjoyable for the whole family. We loved our stay and would definitely return on our next trip to South Padre Island. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable and family-friendly place to stay!
