In general, it was not bad at all, although the room itself looked bigger in the picture.
The balcony is unnecessarily huge!!!!!!!!!!!!.
For that kind of balcony, I would definitely add a hot tub.
If I knew the room was that small, I would probably book a different, bigger room for the same/lower price

Very clean, well maintained and the staff was very accommodating. There is ongoing construction to Ben Yehuda Street, they are installing a street car and the street is a construction zone. Noise was minimal but not what I expected to see every day. Other than that it is a great property, everything you need is steps away...including the beach.

This is our second stay at The Roof. If we are lucky, we will come back again. We love that the roof. Sitting on a large balcony with the Nepresso coffee provided is a treat. Shlomi, who runs the desk, is very kind and helpful. And the price is right. Two short blocks to Frishman beach and to the promenade. If you are looking for very nice room, bathroom and kitchenette without frills this is the place. We will stay again!

Great room with fabulous view over the city, such a large terrace too. Lovely shower.
Shout out to Shlomi who was particularly helpful.
