Audrey was a lovely host, nothing was too much trouble. The room was clean neat and tidy and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was served hot and fresh, and the service was excellent. I would encourage all of my family and friends to come to orchard house and looking forward to using it again.

Very accommodating place, very welcoming of babies/children. Unfortunately, my email was not noted in which I had specified some dietary requirements, so these were not ideally catered for. Breakfast portions are also relatively small; healthier but not the treat I like to enjoy when I'm on holiday! Room was very spacious even with our travel cot and other baby bits! Shower was great - powerful and hot. Unfortunately, the toilet seat was somewhat loose and there was some dirt around the hinges as well as strange patches on the wallpaper and a tatty headboard. There was also quite a lot of noise; from other guests, the plumbing and the extractor fan in the en suite.

a very pleasant stay in a tastefully furnished house.the room was spacious.the breakfast was delicious and good quality food. local shops good .with a little more thought this house has the potential to be a first class b and b. I rate this house 4out of 5.
