The boutique hotel with 4 rooms is in heart of the centro, walking distance to everything but also noisy given the location of the hotel (their new property is even more beautiful in north of center and in a tranquil area), the complementary drinks and breakfast are wonderful, there is a young lady by the name of Luz who speaks fluent English and is extremely helpful with suggestions and making arrangements for excursions and transportation. She is the highlight of the customer service! We very much enjoyed our stay and will go back to one of their properties as they are all beautiful and excellent customer service ❤️
