The concierge team could not do enough for us. Everything was lovely. Our room had a private rooftop for lounging. The shower was a bit hit and miss but they all are in the medina. Everywhere smells of orange blossom.
We stayed here all week so my only feedback to the hotel would be to vary the breakfast up a bit as it got a bit samey. I'd also appreciate a dinner menu board or a menu provided at breakfast maybe so we could see what was for dinner and decide if we wanted to book.
The riad is in an excellent location close to Ben Youssef Medersa and near lots of great places to eat.

The place is beautiful, the staff is friendly and always willing to help. The fireplace was amazing in winter. The bed was not the most comfortable and that’s why the 4 stars and not 5. Good location. Walkable to the souk, medina and everything. The airport transfer was really reassuring with the hotel staff walking us to the van.

Beautiful riad in a great location, with a lovely traditional feel. Our room was spacious, beautifully decorated and had its own private staircase, with a comfortable sitting area and excellent air conditioning. The bathroom was clean and well maintained, and the windows overlooking the courtyard were a lovely touch.
The real highlightwas Bader. He was an incredibly warm, friendly and attentive host who genuinely went out of his way to look after us. Breakfast was amazing, and nothing ever felt like too much trouble.
Bader’s recommendations were also spot on, from places to eat, to things to see and do. He even gave us some very useful advice about navigating the souks and being cautious of unsolicited help, which we really appreciated.
A beautiful place to stay, made even better by a genuinely wonderful host. Thank you Bader. We’d happily stay here again.
