The floors are not clean and the room layouts are not as advertised. We moved out after a day to stay elsewhere. However the welcome agent was very friendly and helpful.

The physical location was great and the rooms were good enough. This was our second experience with "Wonderful Italy" and they just didn't impress me. They seem like an uncaring corporation who just does the bare minimum for the properties they manage. For instance, there was no microwave and no hot water kettle. Many of the pans in the cabinets were not even the proper materials for the induction cooktop. So, why were they even there?! They texted us repeatedly about cleaning up and sorting trash and check-out times and so forth... yet the knives in the drawers were encrusted with filth when we arrived. So, the place is fine - just not the care I would want.
