Der Preis und die Größe.
Und dass die Wohnung nur 4 min zu Fuß von dem Hauptbahnhof und der Busstation war
Die Gegend war etwas unheimlich.
Was nicht heißt, dass die Wohnung etwas dafür kann. Das war alles super. Aber als Alleinreisende Frau hab ich mich in der Straße unwohl gefühlt.
Das sollte man nur bedenken. Aber sonst alles top

Sicuramente ampio e spazioso. Fornito di due camere comode e due bagni. La posizione vicina (quartiere prè), in termini di distanza, alle nostre mete acquario, museo del mare, porto antico.
Sicuramente arrivare e non trovare neanche una bottiglia di acqua in frigo con oltre 34 gradi non è stato piacevole.
Punto a sfavore è stata la mancanza di un climatizzatore (anche se segnalata). I ventilatori forniti non erano sufficienti a ridurre la calura.
Linterno, per quanto spazioso, mostrava necessità di qualche rinnovo. Il prezzo, dal mio personale punto di vista, elevato.
