Bon emplacement. Bien équipé avec machine à laver, sèche linge. Télé avec abonnement cinéma. Propre. Possibilité de se garer tout prêt.
Un peu petit pour 3 ou 4 mais très bien pour 2. Un peu cher mais c’est Gênes !

Locația lângă port, aproape de puncte de interes, parcare lângă cladire (ceea ce este un mare plus), magazin la câțiva pași. Apartament micut dar bine aranjat cu tot ce trebuie, aerul condiționat, masina de spalat noua si uscătorul au fost de mare folos, dotat cu tot ceea ce ai nevoie, curat, modern. Recomand.
Pentru bătrâni este putin dificil de urcat scările la apartament sau pt cei cu multe bagaje. Pentru noi nu a reprezentat o problema.

Very good location. The self-catering facilities were useful and well equipped. Having both a washing machine and a tumble dryer was particularly convenient.
There is no lift and the accommodation requires climbing several flights of stairs, which was not made clear in the listing. When I raised this with the owner, I was told that it was not possible to include this information on Booking.com. The accommodation is an attic conversion with very low, sloping ceilings in some areas; a tall person cannot stand upright in parts of the kitchen and bathroom without hitting their head. The double bed was also very small and felt more like a large single bed for two adults. Finally, there was a strong and unpleasant urine smell in the communal stairwell
