We booked this Riad via Expedia with the stay mid of April.
Access to Riad is very easy from Douar Graoua plaza. The check in was fast and we got our room almost immediately after we arrived. The personnel was very kind and attentive, and they offered us tea and coffee while we waited. The room we got was on the rooftop, with private terrace and access to the sun loungers and the small pool they have there.
Room was clean, air conditioning was working great, with only the bathroom needing a bit of a refresh. But we did not lack of anything in the room. Breakfast was simple and delicious every day and we had the option to have it on the private room's terrace which was great.
The cleaning ladies were also very nice and friendly despite the fact that we did not know French...
One of the evenings we also had a dinner at the Riad and the food was delicious and the service excellent. You just need to let them know in the poring as everything was prepared fresh.
We want to thank the personnel, Yousuf and Muhammad, and everyone else we don't know their names of, as they were very attentive and helpful with anything we asked them for. They helped us with the transfer from the airport and they can also help with arrangements for taxis if needed.
If you are looking for an authentic riad experience, we definitely recommend Riad Signature in Marrakesh.

Great staff and breakfast. Pool was very dirty with bird/cat muck in it. Top floor bedroom was excellent with lovely private patio but bathroom towels very thin and some even ripped. Breakfast basic but good. Staff very helpful

The staff Mohammed and Yussef are so welcoming and go out of their way to assist their guests. This Riad was a lovely escape from the manic streets nearby, providing a quiet sanctuary and the small dip pool on the roof a lovely space to relax. For a first time visit in Marrakech staying centrally, this place is highly recommended and highly enhanced the experience visiting the city.
