Breakfast was surprisingly good. Great facilities with the kids room, relaxation area with massage chairs and spa. Also, very impressed with the availability of rental items you can order from your room. Their service was great alongside with their high level of english. Definitely one of the top Novotel's we've been to.

Everything about the hotel was at an excellent standard. It is also in great location, quiet and walkable.

Fantastic experience for staying at Novotel Nara. They provide shuttle bus service to and from Nara park and JR station, plus 5 mins walk to the nearest shopping centre and “ROUND one” which is a great place for children and adults.
Nice public bath and kids play area inside the hotel, massage chairs at 2nd floor. Clean and reasonable size of the rooms. I will come back again next summer.
