Place was clean and cute. The place is more of an apartment than an actual hotel. Kind of difficult with the garbage management (everything has to stay in the room), but overall a good experience.

Everything you need is there. Clean room, spacious, staff was always fast to respond if we have questions. Only thing is the bed being uncomfortable, you can literally feel the springs when you lay down on it. And also the room is not soundproof, you can hear everything like the streets in the morning, the room next door. Like every night I can hear someone talking on the hallway or music playing from the other rooms, this was pass their no noise after 9pm rule. But it’s out of their control (staff), overall a good stay. Location is what sold me. Dotonbori is just 7mins walk and the OCAT namba station is also walking distance so taking shuttle bus to the airport is not a problem for us.
