Nice property for the price point. Big swimming pool which was great fun for the kids. Supermarket, mini grocery just a minute away.
Living room curtains dont block out the sun in the morning which could be an issue for kids/adults who like to sleep in. A/C in the bedroom was a bit erratic, but manageable.

The property was dated, shower was very weak with mould and the widow didn't open. The internet was weak and unstable.
