Staff very helpful once contact was made. Location may be a bit of a challenge for those not able to use public transport and willing to walk to subway stations. Only concern was not knowing check-in info until hours before checkin.

We are a couple from Canada and stayed at the Residence Unicorn in mid-March 2026. The unit is as described and everything works. (This is not a 5-star hotel, but suited us perfectly.) We appreciated the kitchenette and also the washing machine. It is an excellent location - close to subway/buses, emart next door, and many other useful shops. The host had great communication prior to and upon our arrival, was accommodating, and was a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommended for the host, location and amenities. Thank you!

Clean spacious room and super easy to check in and out. Host was responsive. It was nice to have full size washer and good size fridge. The bathroom needs update. The shower hose was attached to the sink and bathroom floor remains wet after showers.

The hotel host was great at communicating with us on checking in and out. Location was great as we needed to be closer to Korea University and this place was only 2 stops away or quick uber ride. And it close to subway station that took us to all the touristy spots that we wanted to visit. Room was great and we would definitely stay here again.
