The staff were phenomenal - the owner was lovely, Latifa was incredibly friendly and helpful, the gentleman who ran the breakfast on some days was so kind. The breakfast was lovely and a fabulous start to the day. The riad itself is breathtaking and like being in a museum - it's gorgeous. Our room was one of the highlights of our trip!
Parking was a little difficult to figure out, until we called and spoke to Latifa directly. Hotels.com/expedia was not helpful figuring this out.
The secured parking lot that should be used is the following : https://share.google/8jnoB3bYX8dpLt4ZN. It's Bin Lamboun parking lot.
This place is highly recommended. Only disadvantage was the distance to the main strip of Fes - but we appreciated the walks through the medina everyday. You can't eat all that lamb tagine and not take a few steps to burn it off!
