Top location, friendly hosts. I spent several lovely days with my family. I was able to check in ~30 minutes earlier, which helped a lot. They even gave me an option to choose between 2 rooms on 2 different floors (they were both available at the time). The bed was very comfortable. My kid was sleeping at the coach, which was quite OK as well. Everything was spotless. I was asked on multiple occasions if I needed anything else and if everything was OK. There is an OK beach literally steps away from the front door where you can use the sunbeds for free.
I was reading the other reviews before booking my stay and I can confirm that watching the ferries from the terrace was quite calming! There is some engine noise from the ferries, which can be heard though.
The host did want me to prepay a certain percent immediately after booking, to confirm our stay. After checking in we payed the full amount. To me that is understandable and is just the way they do business.
I hated the mosquitos, but this is not the host's fault at all. I guess it had to do a lot with the weather as well, since there was literally 0 wind during out stay. Make sure you bring and use a lot or repellents, otherwise you will be making frequent involuntary blood donations!
