Located in Mooresville, this vacation home is near the water with a boat slip at the end of the street and in an amazing location to many sights and restaurants! A very fun skate bowl in the back yard offers adventure for all! Memory Lane Museum and North Carolina Auto Racing Hall of Fame are cultural highlights, and some of the area's attractions include George Pappas' Victory Lanes and NC Auto Racing Hall of Fame. Traveling with kids? Consider GoPro Motorplex and Wooden Stone Gallery. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching. The home is walking distance to pinnacle Shores access area and the blue parrot restaurant and apps and taps restaurant and is very close to Queens Landing boat launch area and also several boat rental companies. The house includes plenty of fun for both adults and children featuring a Skateboard bowl, (4 foot shallow and 8 1/2 foot deep) and a Pool table and dart board. The home includes: six double king and queen beds, two bunkbeds (sleeping for 4) and a kid's bonus cubby that sleeps 1 to 2. There is a pull-out couch in loft area which also sleeps two people. The home is equipped with TVs in multiple bedrooms and common areas, high speed internet and office area with a printer and scanner.
