The Buddle Inn

We recently had the pleasure of visiting the Buddle Inn on the beautiful Isle of Wight, and we can confidently say that it is a hidden gem! Location-wise, the Buddle Inn boasts a stunning setting, nestled against breathtaking coastal views and surrounded by the natural beauty of the island. It's the perfect spot to unwind and soak in the scenery, especially with a drink in hand. The food and drinks were great. Each dish was thoughtfully prepared, bursting with flavor, and showcased local ingredients. The wide selection of beverages, including local ales and ciders, complemented the meals perfectly, making for a delightful dining experience. The atmosphere was fantastic – warm, inviting, and vibrant. Whether you were inside enjoying the cozy decor or outside taking in the fresh air, there was always a lively element that made our visit special. What truly stood out, however, were the incredible people at the Buddle Inn. The staff were wonderfully attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure our experience was memorable. They were especially welcoming to our dog Della, treating her with the same kindness as their human patrons, and often even better.

Lovely warm welcome, having arrived on foot as we were walking around the island. Room newly and nicely decorated and very clean. Biscuits in room and coffee machine were nice extra touches. Excellent menu choice for breakfast . Evening meal choice also good and nicely cooked. We loved the sea view from the bedroom

Car park opposite the inn. Easy to find a parking space.
