More bartenders needed at pool bars

We stayed at the resort May22nd through May 31st.
First, this is our 2nd time here at the hotel. We stayed at the sister resort in Puerto Andenrsous in 2025 and we are booked to return to that resort in Sept 2026 - IMO its the better of the two hotels, even as a older hotel, its just a better experiuence.
I am sad to say im very dissapinted in my expeirnece at the hotel. We were given the wrong wrist bands, placed in the wrong room/building and when all uncovered it was almost as if we were the ones who made this mistake. Was an interesting expesrience this time around and more than likely our last stay here -
Not to say that the waiters/waitserss at the pool, in all resturants, coffe bar, etc werent excllcent and willing to do whatever was needed. Everyone, outside of a few, were amazing and helpful.

The resort was great, food, drinks and rooms were all great and well maintained. Some elevators were not working so it was a bit of a walk to a working elevator. Other than that it was fantastic.
