The sliding door to the back bedroom was broken and did not lock. when discussed with management it was not completely or securely fixed. There were constant hot water shortages. Not all cycles on the washing machine worked. The single bedroom with the two single beds requires a mould review as the air conditioner needs a full mould clean as does the room. Most of the bedrooms had poor ventilation as did the ensuite bathroom. The unit was clean apart from the mould issue and had all the amenities needed. Cleaning was offered at day 5 and the staff were lovely and accommodating. The unit is older and is probably looking for a refresh. Shame there was no direct garage access. It is a steep site with 25 stairs only to access the unit 10. Not suitable for the elderly or disabled. Also, other guests took it upon themselves to park in front of garage doors blocking access.
