The room was filthy. Beyod table tops, floors and other easily accessible spaces, everywhere else had dust from months, maybe years of neglect of basic cleaning. The dish washing sponge had never been replaced and smelled horrible. The check-in process is probably the worst we had ever experienced, and upon arriving late in the evening, we were locked outside without access, with a baby and a toddler, because they had never sent the check-in email with the code to get into the air conditioned space inside. Wifi in the room is so slow, it cannot be used for much. This property is on the low end of pricing, and there is a reason for it. They are cutting cleaning costs and compromising basic hygiene and guest safety, so consider before booking.

Great place to stay in Osaka. Good location and easy to walk to the metro, train station, food areas. Place was clean and spacious. Convenience stores just around the corner and market nearby. Our kids loved the place!
