We had a wonderful stay here. The hotel features a spacious layout, beautiful design, spotlessly clean rooms, and excellent facilities. In particular, the front desk staff left a lasting impression with their friendly, polite, and professional service—every inquiry we had was addressed and resolved instantly. The room was fully equipped with all the necessary amenities, plus a small gym area as an added bonus for guests. Overall, we are extremely satisfied with every aspect of our stay and will definitely return on our next trips to Da Lat

The hotel is beautiful and grand, featuring spacious, spotless, and fully-equipped rooms that actually exceeded my expectations compared to many other places I've stayed. What impressed me the most was the reception lobby, which is beautifully designed with lush greenery, creating a very natural and relaxing atmosphere. The facilities are excellent, including a breakfast buffet and a compact gym that is perfect for travelers looking for a basic workout.
However, the biggest highlight has to be the reception team. They were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to give us detailed recommendations on the best sightseeing spots and authentic local eateries in Da Lat. Since I took a long-distance sleeper bus from Ho Chi Minh City and arrived quite exhausted, they were extremely flexible and helpful in arranging an early check-in for me so quickly without any long wait. I am completely satisfied with this experience and will definitely come back!

The location was great. The staff were super friendly and accommodating. The rooms were small but had good storage space.The bed was very comfortable. The cleanliness could be a little bit better but it was very inexpensive and right in the city center.
