Great log cabin in idyllical surroundings in Hurdal. Short distance to lake with swimming and fishing opportunities in the summer, and to cross-country and alpine skiing in the winter. Pleasant cabin with open kitchen and living room solution with TV and fireplace. Two bedrooms with double beds and a loft with several mattresses. There is a double daybed in the living room if you don't want to sleep at the loft. Bathroom with shower cubicle and sauna. Large terrace and nice outdoor areas, garden furniture and barbecue. There is a lake only 700 meters from the cabin, with a lovely beach and great fishing opportunities (fishing license is required). Great hiking opportunities in the area, and if you want a summit hike, you can visit Fjellsjøkampen (812 m). Hurdalssjøen Hotel has boats, canoes and kayaks for rent and offers guided tours for a fee. In addition, the hotel has a great spa. Lots of blueberries, lingonberries, and mushrooms in the area. During winter, you can ski at the alpine center at Hurdal 6 km away, with slopes for both young and old. Avoid long queues and enjoy yourself on the slopes all day. Great cross-country skiing opportunities right outside the cabin door. Just below the cabin, there is a farm with horses and cows.
