Experience easy living while staying at “Hilo Red Ti Leaf Vacation House,” a newly built 3-bedroom, 2 bathroom tropical retreat just 20 minutes from Hilo, Liliuokalani Park and Garden, Carlsmith Beach Park and Wailoa River State Park. Sleeping up to 9 guests, this vacation rental house boasts 1580 square feet of coastal charm complete with a covered lanai. Enjoy the proximity to Hawaii Volcanoes National Park, Rainbow Falls, Hawaii Tropical Botanical Garden and much more.
The space
In addition to the king sized bed, the master bedroom features a twin pullout chair, and in the living room is a queen sleeper sofa; please note that we provide linens based on how many guests are on your reservation! The house is very private and quiet, with a large front lanai to survey the surrounding rainforest. The spacious modern kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms, and gorgeous marble floors throughout are what we love about this house.
Fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances , free WiFi, a furnished lanai, 3 parking spaces in the driveway, and indoor laundry facilities.
-Please read and abide the house rules posted at the property.
-Please keep noise levels down between 9pm and 6am.
-House-keeping may be available at an additional fee for longer stays.
-Early check in is available for an additional $40., please let us know if you'd like to check in your bags early.

This place was spacious and conveniently close to the main road. It was nice to have a quick turn off since it gets very dark through that area at night. Not too loud at all considering it was close to the main highway. Definitely a plus to have AC in the main area and the master bathroom was wonderful. A quick 10 min drive to Pahoa and Keaau. I would definitely book again.

The house was nice and clean. It had plenty of room for the 6 of us. The house is located very well if your wanting to explore the east , north and south sides of the island. We loved our visit to the Big Island and this host and property was part of it. Thank You.

Unfortunately, this property didn’t live up to our expectations from the description provided by the host. There is only an air conditioner in the dining room, none in the bedrooms (fans were provided). When opening windows to cool bedrooms to sleep, the noise from the rooster breeding across the street and the major road behind the home were excessive. The kitchen was virtually unusable. There were 3 drinking glasses, one small bowl and one small omelet pan (for a home that sleeps 9). Most of the appliances and the oven (except for the coffeemaker)were filthy. It would have been nice to have a box of tissues. ÌThe water is not drinkable. A filter pitcher was provided but based on the condition of other items, we didn’t feel comfortable using it and bought water.This would have been a great accommodation for our party of 4 if it weren’t for these items.
