Frost Apartments offer newly renovated studio apartments in the heart of Reykjavik. The apartments offer free Wi-Fi, kitchenette with all necessary utilities to cook and dine, private bathroom with shower, dining table and chairs, double bed and TV.
The superior studios comfortably host 2 adults in a double bed. Please note that all apartment categories are multi-unit categories, and can therefore differ slightly in size and view.

The Space:
The Economy Studios at Frost Apartments are very comfortable for a couple or single person.
The apartment features a TV, free Wi-Fi. kitchenette with oven, stove, small refrigerator and dishwasher. The private bathrooms come with a shower and hairdryer. For your convenience, you will find shampoo, soap and towels. Please note this is a Multi listing property, so the apartments can vary a little in design.
All superior studios are wheelchair accessible (more space) and include toilet grab bars.
Cots/cribs are available upon request.

Guests have access to the whole apartment. Everything within the apartment is private and for you to use at your convenience.
The Neighborhood:
Frost Apartments is located in Reykjavik. There is a pickup/drop off location for tours and airport transfers nearby called Skipholt.
The apartment at the heart of Reykjavík, so most museums and activities are in a walking distance.
If you like to visit Perlan (panoramic view to Reykjavik), you can take the Hop On-Hop Off at "Hofdi House" or use the nearby central bus station Hlemmur. Both stops are within walking distance.
Getting Around:
Due to the apartment's ideal location, most essential services, restaurants, shops, museums and other attractions are within walking distance.
A public bus stop, Þjóðskalasafnið, is in only 5 min. walking distance, would you want to explore outside the nearby area.
In only 7 min. walking distance you also have a drop-off, pick-up bus stop (nr 13). You can take an airport transfer to this location when you arrive, as well as choose this bus stop for some tour pick-ups.

Water in Iceland
Kindly note the water in Iceland has this particular smell because of the sulphur in it . It is in fact one of the cleanest and most delicious drinking water in the world. Unlike in many neighbouring countries, the Icelandic water is free of chlorine, calcium, and nitrate. We can assure you that the quality of tap water everywhere in Iceland is regularly monitored and tested.
We recommend purchasing travel insurance for your trip to Iceland, which covers issues as delayed baggage, travel accidents, weather trip cancellations and emergency overseas medical. EU members can use their European Health Insurance Card in Iceland (medical expenses).

Beautiful just renovated building with top of the line amenities. We booked three rooms for a week long family trip and it felt like our home away from home. They had just opened post-renovation less than three weeks prior. The communication with their team exceeded our expectations, so while it is a self-check in facility, they would instantly respond to any and all requests and fulfill any requests that same day. Very friendly support team. The building is in a residential area not typically frequented by tourists, so you get to exeprience being a local, but is within a 5-10 minute walk to the bus stop with easy access to all tourist spots around town. There is a Bonus grocery store just 1 block down the road. Also a bakery and pharmacy 2 blocks walking distance. A vegan restaurant across the street. It is a quiet local residential neighborhood, so no weekend party street noises. I cannot recommend them enough, their team and the owner were appreciative of us and responsive to us every step of the way. Higly recommended!
