The house was the perfect spot for my family of 7 who attended my son's PSU graduation. There was plenty of space for us to spread out at night, have our own space, and play cards late into the night.

The house is larger than it appears and provides a comfortable stay for a large family or couples. Great place to stay for a trip to Happy Valley.
