Magnolia House was everything described in the listing and more! The home was spacious, comfortable, and easily accommodated our entire family. It was well stocked with everything we needed for cooking and made us feel right at home.One of our favorite features was the huge dock right on the water. We enjoyed fishing off the dock and even caught fish, which made for some wonderful family memories. The screened-in porch was the perfect place to relax, enjoy the views, and escape the bugs in the evenings.If you’re looking for a beautiful, family-friendly place on Toledo Bend with plenty of room and all the comforts of home, Magnolia House is an excellent choice. We would definitely stay here again!

Our large family enjoyed our stay very much. I loved the screened in porch. The beds were comfortable and we grilled one night on the outdoor grill. We found just about everything we needed to cook in the kitchen. I donated 2 wine glasses to Magnolia Place for the next wine drinkers to enjoy. A grocery store was right around the corner and we ate lunch at one of the marinas. The locals were very friendly.

Great property. Lots to do around here. The only issue is that the upstairs and downstairs don’t connect. You have to go outside to get downstairs which is a real pain when it’s pouring rain. Otherwise, this place was perfect. Game room was amazing - our kids stayed up til well after midnight playing ping pong and Ms. Pac-Man. The lake was great, the dock was well-equipped, the game room had tons of options, and the place was immaculate. 9.9/10 - totally recommend.
