We slightly have problems with the ac, key card and the tv was not working for the first night. Our room was on the far end , there is not phone in the room so we have to walked back and forth. The beach is fantastic, the staffs are friendly and polite. Overall we can say our stay there was great.

Paradise!!! Staff are always friendly and helpful. Included breakfast has decent selection. Room is comfy with strong A/C.

Beautiful resort on the most beautiful island in the whole wide world! Staff members were amazing. Beach is footsteps away from your door. Room had all the amenities necessary except for a TV. The lack of a TV was actually a nice touch. That meant get out of your room and enjoy paradise! Lol.

The resort sits on a beautiful stretch of white sandy beach. From the outside, the hotel looks like it has a lot of potential but the resort itself needs a lot of work. I stayed for a total of 3 nights and for $200 a night, I did not feel like it met its value.
Pros:
- Friendly staff in yellow shirts at the restaurant.
- Staff came and grabbed our luggage upon arrival and departure
- Great location on the quiet side of long set beach
- Breakfast was decent
- Room was spacious
Cons:
- Price for value
- Constant noise from construction early in the morning.
- Interior of room could use some work. It feels outdated and worn out - tiles in shower need to be replaced
- Bed baseboard/behind the bed is dusty
- Seat cushions outside are worn out and have mold.
- Hotel towels felt like sandpaper and staff was greedy with the towels. I had two adults and two small children and were only given 2 towels in the room. I requested more towels but the very next day they were taken from the room and we had to share 2 towels for the remaining two days.
Overall, the hotel has potential but did not feel like a 4 star resort. This resort needs to be updated inside and out. I enjoyed my stay but would not come back because of the value for money.
