My only complaint is the bed. It was lumpy. I had an uncomfortable night sleep. The staff is wonderful. Great location too.

Fantastic staff, delicious breakfast and a really nice property overall. Just wish the church bells stopped in the nighttime.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Grappolo and were very satisfied with the overall experience.
A special thanks to the receptionist and staff for their exceptional service and hospitality. They went out of their way to help us watch an important football match in the café/lobby area, which we really appreciated. The staff throughout the hotel were warm, friendly, and very helpful during our stay.
The breakfast was very good, with a nice selection and a relaxed atmosphere. The location is also excellent — right in the heart of Monforte and perfectly situated for exploring the beautiful Piemonte wine region.
Highly recommended, and we would gladly stay here again!
