The listing stated that free parking was included—with instructions to pick up a parking pass—but in reality, there was no pass for the gate, so we had to look for parking elsewhere; however, they did issue us a partial refund.

everything can be overlooked if the apartment owner can fix the fault for the tenant as soon as possible during the rent

The apartment is also quite clean.

2 air conditioners are not cold. No parking because we can not find the car park control. We rented because there was a parking lot but in the end there was none. Every day we have to waste time going around looking for a parking lot on the street. The washing machine also does not have English but only Polish. It is very difficult and time consuming to use. The clothes drying rack is almost unusable because it is too old and can break at any time. The kitchen appliances are good. The staff can be contacted but are not very helpful.

Mieszkanie ma duży potencjał ale jest bardzo kiepsko zarządzane.

Mieszkanie przestronne z potencjałem . Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, cicha i miła okolica.

Pobyt rozpoczął się z dużym opóźnieniem. Apartament został zarezerwowany dla 5 osób, natomiast na miejscu przygotowane było zakwaterowanie jedynie dla 4 osób. Niestety, stan mieszkania również pozostawiał wiele do życzenia. Brudny był piekarnik oraz lodówka, a stoliki w sypialni były klejące. Nie wspomnę już o oknach, które były bardzo brudne i zostały zasłonięte roletami, których nie można było podnieść. Brakowało również pilotów do szlabanu oraz garażu. Klimatyzacja była niesprawna. Z kolei aby móc korzystać z telewizora, konieczna była wymiana baterii w pilocie oraz wielokrotne ustawianie anteny przez około pół godziny. Nawet wtedy telewizja co jakiś czas się zawieszała, dlatego w praktyce nie można było z niej korzystać. Balkon również był brudny, a znajdujący się na nim stolik i krzesła były w bardzo złym stanie. Mieszkanie wynajęłam dla swojej rodziny, która przyjechała do Warszawy w odwiedziny. Aby móc ich tam ugościć, sama musiałam sprzątać mieszkanie przez ponad godzinę, ponieważ po prostu było mi wstyd przyjąć rodzinę w takich warunkach. Dość często korzystam z Państwa usług wraz z rodziną i do tej pory zawsze uważałam, że jakość oferowanych usług była adekwatna do ceny, a warunki pobytu odpowiadały przedstawionemu opisowi. Niestety, w tym przypadku jestem bardzo rozczarowana. Stan mieszkania był zdecydowanie niezgodny z oczekiwaniami i trudno było je nazwać apartamentem. W związku z powyższym proszę o odniesienie się do przedstawionej sytuacji oraz informację, w jaki sposób zamierzają Państwo zrekompensować niedogodności związane z pobytem.

не было пилота не могли поставить машину на стоянка так как она была занета не нами

не было пилота охранник хамит на наше место припарковалы машину и начали звонить в 9 утра хоть мы приехали в 4 утра со словами ( нам разрешают тут ставить) после этого мы там не ставили так что услугами паркинга вы не воспользуйтесь так как нету бонально доступа к нему так как нету пилота а все время ходить к охраннику не удобно и это был ночлег просто чтоб под утро приехать поспать и уехать а вышло так что ни машину поставить ни ничего если это в щет не брать квартира очень хорошая уютная и приятная
