The apartment is in an excellent location and will equipped. It was spotless on our arrival.
Of key importance to us during our visit in peak summer was the air conditioning. It was extremely hot outside (+35C) and the very effective air-conditioning meant we were able to sleep comfortably at night and cool off in inside during the afternoon heat. Walking and public transport connections are very good.
This might not be an ideal accommodation for people with reduced mobility. The stairs to the bedroom are quite steep. In the same vein, the entrance is via pedestrianised street. As taxi a taxi may not be able to drive right up to the front door, you will need to carry your luggage a short distance.

Todo era perfecto ,cuidado hasta el más mínimo detalle ,había de todo lo necesario para estar como en casa y la comunicación con la dueña perfecta ,ubicación de la casa excelente a 10 minutos del duomo andando

The apartment is comfortable and clean, with a good washing machine, a brilliant WiFi and in a great position for visitors. However it was our only disappointing stay during 6 weeks of travel in Italy.
We were informed just before our cancellation deadline that some internal facade renovations were happening but not inside the flat and it would not be too noisy.
However, the public areas of the apartment building are a building site to negotiate to the apartment door. We arrived late but no hope of sleeping in with very loud voices, music and noisy work commencing at 8am on both Saturday and Monday. If we had been fully informed of the extent of the renovation and noise we would definitely have cancelled our booking.
