A few maintenance issues, main room upstairs air-conditioning sounded like I was sleeping in a tent and didn't heat well.
Just about every tap had a slow leak that I couldn't stop.

The owner was exceptionally obliging. Grounds were very pleasant. Restaurant etc very close. Everything was in very good order. Excellent value for money. Streaming smart TV.

Host was super friendly and gave us a detailed tour of the room. Nice location, close to Bunbury & Australind for meals and activities. Nice views overlooking the course and lake, had fun playing on the driving range.
Pillows were very thin and unconfutable but other than that the room was nice. TV was off-centre to the bed, not a huge problem but just kind of bugged me a bit.
