The staff was very welcoming and professional. I particularly love that it a secure and clean environment. Laundry and other other extra services are offered at a minimum cost which allows you to get value for money.
There is nothing I did not like. I am satisfied with Sunnylodge.

I love the spacious rooms , the shower has the right pressure .
The employees are amazing humble human beings , I interacted with almost all of them, what a blessing indeed.
Clean rooms and comfortable quality blankets
Please please install WIFI. very urgent , it will entertain guests more and they will stay longer because some clients want to work in their rooms . Cater for the working clientele and those in businesses.
You don't serve breakfast or any kind of sandwiches as a courtesy gesture. Please ensure there is something to eat here because the location of the premise is not surrounded by hotels or restaurants And WIFI comes in handy here , where clients are able to order take aways from their phones or tablets, very important. For clients travelling from a distance , we also want to communicate with family telling them we arrived safely.. Have a very big tv in the dining room to attract clients to stay longer . To expand your client segment , Get a 80+inch tv .....because if the tv is grandest , the bar will function. Give clients a reason for them to sit at the dinning room. No food, no big tv , no bar..... makes the dinning room useless to say the least. Indeed a waste of space. Indicate with words clearly where the ringing bell at the entrance is located. We want to walk in , read stated info and then press the bell. Nobody wants to come in and look for the bell to press if not attended to immediately .

The security guy was friendly and accommodating, he tried his best to help me and the place was not far from bus station
I got there only to be told there is no space even though the booking had gone through. The other guy i think is the manager wanted me to cancel and look for another place and it was already after 21:00... There were people fighting and swearing all night, yoh it was a lot nje even the door to the room i slept in was broken, apparently there was a strike and we people fighting during that day😢 there was no hot water to shower in the morning
