The location is decent and the room size was good . Basic amenities were available
Cleanliness could be much better as the room and washroom were not properly maintained. Service was slow and staff responsiveness was average. The overall maintenance of the property needs improvement, and the experience did not match expectations

Not kept clean. Even the pastry set up kept at the reception area had fungus on bread. Though bread was only for display, it gave a filthy look. Staff was arguing that that was not for consumption. But when you see pastries in the freezer setup even when the freezer was not on, and you see fungus on the bread displayed, what impression, or appetite will you have to eat anything there!! Sad. Spent 1 lakh for two families three rooms! But no one was happy!!
