The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The villa was beautiful - I loved the open-to-nature shower, and the bath. The location is away from central Ubud, so you need transport to go to the tourist places - but there's a shop just metres away, and some nice cafes nearby. The pool is smaller than it looks in the photos, but great for a dip.
For us, it was a bit too noisy at night (traffic and other guests' conversations).

The place is a little bit outside of the city, which I loved.
Ubud is crazy crowded with traffic this seems like a little haven but close to ubud on the bike.
Scooter is a must.
Staff leaves at 11 PM and then returns at 7 AM. No one will reply to you on WhatsApp or call if you need anything urgent in this window or have an early check out. You have to do it yourself. This was fine for me because I am adventurous but someone older who cannot carry bags needs to be careful.

Unfortunately nothing
Very small and narrow, the room was uncomfortable, dirty and smelled like mold. The pictures looked nice but in reality, it’s extremely small and you can hear everything. We had to cancel the remaining days we originally booked because we couldn’t rest. I would avoid this place.
