Compromised… good and bad

Good location, really nice building and courtyard.

It’s really little. Perhaps for one person not two. They also advertised city views, impossible as we overlooked a courtyard. This is a corporate Air BnB run by a company, they’re probably not local.

Disappointing value fo

Really good location. Easy check-in. Nice communication.

Very tiny, there is a huge and heavy ladder in the middle of the room (it does not appear in the pictures). We found some false eyelashes in our bed sheets. It was not very clean. The toilets can be smelled from the upper bed, even if you close the door. The curtains do not fully cover the window, light wakes you up. A small kitchenette but no extractor hood. The bed became quite smelly. No isolation at all.

Exactly as advertised; very good experience

Small but perfect for my needs. Communication was very easy and helpful. Very centrally located. Feels very safe since it's in an courtyard (shared my multiple apartments). Great for one, two, or three days in Paris.
