Limpieza, estancias amplias, cómodas y luminosas. Aparcamiento en la propiedad
La falta de aseo en la planta superior donde están la mayoría de las habitaciones. Y preferible una plato de ducha que una bañera.

Maison spacieuse. Piscine propre. Lits confortables.
La rénovation de la maison fait un peu cache-misère. Ça camoufle beaucoup de traces d'humidité. C’est dommage car ça pourrait être un très beau bien.

La superficie et l’emplacement
Mauvaise isolation phonique : on entend le moindre déplacement des occupants du dessus ( plancher qui grince)- mauvais oreillers et pas accès piscine comme indiqué dans le descriptif car privatisé par les occupants de la maison
