The premium room was clean, specially the bathroom is maintained clean, only thing is it needs a towel rack in the bathing area. Room service catered good food. Good breakfast
No place, nor rack to hang the towels in bathing area.

1. Location was quite good. Very near to shopping and eating places. And beach nearby.
2. Smooth check-in and checkout

1. Some issues with cleanliness. But they were responded to nicely by the staff when we pointed them out.
2. Bed could have been larger.
3. Bathrooms are small too. Bigger peaople will have an issue taking a bath or dump.

Restaurent. If you want bed coffee you have to wait upto 7.00 AM. Except breakfast, lunch and dinner time restaurent phone will not be answered. Often I had to call reception. During weekend, in the Dining Hall, Hotel Guests are given low priority in service. Quality of food is average. Neither poor nor excellent.
