Completamente decepcionante
La estancia fue muy decepcionante por varios incumplimientos del anuncio y del propio anfitrión. Reservamos esta casa porque se nos confirmó parking gratuito para dos coches; al llegar, no cabía ninguno: el espacio era insuficiente y, además, el anfitrión tenía su coche aparcado allí, impidiéndonos usarlo. Esta razón del parking fue la razón determinante para realizar nuestra reserva en su momento y no se nos dió.
También la distribución de habitaciones no coincidía con lo publicado. Se indicaba que solo habría una habitación compartida y el resto individuales; en cambio, se colocaron dos camas de matrimonio en un cuarto sin ventanas, lo que obligó a tres compañeros de trabajo a compartir ese espacio. Resultó improvisado y nada profesional. En el anuncio hay muchísimas fotos de la piscina y apenas de las habitaciones, algo que ahora entendemos como engañoso.
La limpieza fue muy deficiente. A nuestra llegada, la casa no estaba preparada: solo había un baño utilizable para seis personas porque la ducha exterior no funcionaba; el baño disponible estaba sucio y las toallas aparecían enrolladas en el suelo.
La comunicación fue complicada porque el anfitrión no hablaba ni en español ni buen inglés, lo que dificultó resolver los problemas in situ.
En resumen, la relación calidad-precio es inaceptable (pagamos 2.000 € por una semana) para unas condiciones que no se corresponden con la oferta. Fue un viaje de trabajo y llegamos a plantearnos marcharnos nada más llegar; no lo hicimos porque la reserva no era reembolsable.
Solicito una compensación acorde al perjuicio y a las condiciones incumplidas (parking, distribución real de habitaciones, limpieza y baño inoperativo). Confío en que la plataforma y el anfitrión ofrezcan una solución justa.

El dueño perdió los papeles.
El alojamiento por lo general estaba bien.
Contacte con el dueño para hacer una barbacoa con la familia, y le comenté que no queríamos dormir simplemente hacer una barbacoa bañarnos e irnos sobre las 20:00-22:00.
Como en la piscina no solo estábamos las personas de la reserva, es decir, que algún familiar más estuvo con nosotros el chico que nos daba la llave se enfureció y se alteró sin sentido, encerró la puerta para que no pudiéramos pasar a la casa y se puso como un bárbaro hasta que finalmente TUVE QUE ABONAR 150€ MÁS por bizum a este hombre para no sacar a mi familia ( abuela, padres, hermanas y sobrinos) así que la casa tiene algún desperfecto normal de cualquier casa de alquiler pero este hombre me sorprendió su actitud teniendo en cuenta que yo respondí amablemente e intenté hacer entrar en razón.
