The actual apartment was lovely and so is the location.
The entrance was dirty and the stair banisters were unsafe.The stairs were dirty and cat faeces were on a landing for our full 3 nights stay. It was very quiet.

Максимально удобное расположение-на центральной улице, метро в 10 метрах от входа, при этом очень тихо. Сам номер очень красивый. Все продумано до мелочей. Даже есть миска для котиков на крыше
Недостатком было отсутствие стирального порошка и отсутствие сеток на окнах. Так как окна выходят на крышу, то к нам приходил в гости котик в открытое окошко. Но у нас аллергия. Приходилось оставлять только форточку, было слегка жарковато.

The appartement itself is well equipped and comfortable nothing to complain about
The communication from the host towards his guest is very poor and rather unprofessional. It takes more than 24h to react to a simple question. Regarding the payment he says that you should leave the money owed in the keylocker but fails to let you know when he expects the money and then sends you a message out off the blue that his sister will pick up the payment in an hour. It all comes across as very unprofessional. Just be clear towards your guest about your expectations. It takes a little effort to be proactive
