All rooms require airconditioning.

I had a very comfortable stay. The staff were friendly. The location was good, short walk to the beach and close to the main road with lots of restaurants. It was good to have a kitchen and fridge to use, plus having a washing machine to use (at a cost). I primarily booked for the price and location and it was good value. No hot water but didn't need it in the heat and air conditioner worked perfectly.

The location is excellent. Walking distance to Mirissa beach and lots of restaurants. The room was clean and cool, with AC, mosquito nets and a ceiling fan.
The shared kitchen was pretty dirty most of the time. There was no hot water.
